# End-User License Agreement       (EULA)

**Effective Date:** May 20, 2026

Welcome to Taxessense. This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of our website, software, and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the terms below.

**1. License Grant**  
Taxessense grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal or business tax-related purposes.

**2. Restrictions**  
You may not:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of this Agreement.

**3. Ownership**  
All intellectual property rights in the Services remain the property of Taxessense and its licensors.

**4. Termination**  
We may terminate your access if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Services.

**5. Limitation of Liability**  
Taxessense is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

**6. Changes to this Agreement**  
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
